Your 50th Reunion Committee is charging forward with plans for our June 2008 gathering. The week is going to be great. Please contact Pat Sharrock (patsharrock@alaska.net) if you are interested in helping in any way. We even have several small tasks that could be handled by someone who lives out of state.
1958 Class Donation to the West High Auditorium Fund. We are soliciting cash donations and “In Kind” contributions for Banquet Door Prizes and also for the Banquet Live/Silent Auction. All of the funds that we raise from donations and from our Auctions in excess of reunion expenses will be used to make a donation from the Class of 58 to the West High Auditorium Renovation Fund. We’ve already gathered some great items for our Live/Silent Auction. Check out the list on the Website. If you have anything you’d like to donate, please contact Nancy France (nanuwho@gci.net).
Classmate Biographical Information. Please send biographical information about your life since graduation. Limit your submission to one page; the page may include photographs. Please E-Mail or Mail your by May 15th to Alice Aylward White at whitealice@acsalaska.net or Alice White, 7104 Lynden Ave., Anchorage, AK 99502. The compiled bios will be available at the Classmates gathering on June 11th.
Let’s Get the Class Out. We need your help in getting a great turnout of 1958 classmates for the 50th Reunion in June. Please keep checking the Website for the list of current registrants. Review the Class Member List and the Missing Grads list and send us updated information on classmates. Get on the phone, research “on-line”, or call other classmates to help us track down those who are “missing”. Send E-Mails to high school friends and cronies who are not yet registered and encourage them to get their registration form in the mail. We’re hoping for a great turnout.
